North Shore Data Services is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our growing business. NSDS has been in business 33 years, provides network/server engineering and security services to many of New England’s largest businesses.  We have an outstanding company culture delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone with attention to detail, a computer savvy individual with a willingness to learn.  You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively to complete your daily tasks.  Individual will need to be organized and able to take direction from multiple team members as they support our efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians to help verify and maintain system health.
• Respond to and create assigned tickets.
• May work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• May be asked to configure, troubleshoot and repair PCs.
• Assist in the management of inventory.

Qualifications:

• Must be in an IT-related program or have prior applicable work experience.
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in a variety of computer applications and Operating Systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and within a team when so assigned.
